Access Statement
Due to the Layout of The Hollies annexe it would be unsuitable for people who have difficulty climbing steps, but we may be able to offer alternative accommodation in the main house.
The area from parking your car or walking in is well lit and on the level.
There are 14 wide steps leading up to the Annexe
At the bottom of the stairs and at the top there are lights for your convenience, the owner lives next to the annexe should you require any assistance with bags etc.
On entering the annexe accommodation everything is on the level.
Booking Terms and Conditions
A reservation can be made using most major credit cards a cheque or bank transfer, a (non refundable) . deposit of £25.00 per person per night should be received within 7 working days of making a reservation with us, we reserve the right to release the room if no deposit is received within that time.
We will, time permitting, send you a confirmation of your booking, usually by email.
Payment of your account
We accept payment by cash and major credit/debit cards.
We require a minimum of 7 days notice of cancellation, we will endeavour to re let the room whereby we will reimburse you, less an administration fee.
If you are concerned about cancellation it is advisable to take out travel insurance. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your stay with us we will refund all monies paid by you and try to find you an alternative.
Arrival and Departure
Please arrive between 3pm and 6pm wherever possible. Please advise if you will be arriving outside of those times.
We ask that you vacate the property by 11am
